With over 15 years of dynamic leadership in agile teams, user experience design, and management consulting, Wes has carved a reputation for delivering sophisticated, data-driven digital solutions. His tenure at Booz Allen Hamilton, spearheading product delivery for esteemed government entities such as the Department of Labor, the IRS, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, underscores his prowess in the industry.
Wes’s contributions have earned him accolades from esteemed institutions, including recognition from the Black Engineer of the Year Conference and Human Factors International. His academic journey boasts a BS in Computer Information Systems from Hampton University, an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC), and an MPS in Technology Management from Georgetown University. A fervent advocate for professional growth, Wes holds esteemed certifications from ICAgile, Scaled Agile, and the globally renowned Nielsen Norman Group.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Wes is deeply committed to his roles as a family man, educator, and community leader. As an adjunct professor at UMGC and Georgetown University, he imparts his expertise in digital media and technology management. Active involvement in organizations such as the Greater Maryland Chapter of the National Black MBA Association, Inc., the National Contract Management Association, the 100 Black Men of Prince George’s County, and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., underscores his dedication to community upliftment.
Wes resides in Bowie, MD with his wife and their cherished children.
